NANO PRO™ Metallographic High Precision Quantitative Grinding Machine

NANOSSR provides a Metallographic High-Precision Quantitative Grinding Machine designed for advanced grinding and polishing of various materials, including integrated circuits, semiconductor wafers, optical components, optical fibers, petrographic structures, and precision metal parts. This machine delivers micron-level accuracy, making it ideal for microscopic analysis such as SEM, FIB, and TEM. It excels in parallel grinding and polishing, quantitative thinning, continuous slicing, and other precision applications. Equipped with additional accessories and fixtures, it simplifies the grinding and polishing of complex and irregularly shaped parts.

The machine features real-time monitoring of material removal and allows for pre-setting the amount of material to be ground, enabling fully unattended operation. The servo-driven motor precisely controls the rotation speed and swing amplitude of the positioning head, ensuring improved flatness and surface finish during grinding and polishing processes.

  • 7-inch LCD Touch Screen Panel: Displays material removal in real time with a user-friendly and intuitive interface for convenient operation.
  • Process Parameter Storage: Allows saving and editing of up to 16 sets of process parameters.
  • Size Options: Available in 8" (Φ203mm) or 10" (Φ254mm) with a flatness of less than 2μm.
  • Speed Control: Sample rotation speed: 0–50rpm, Disc rotation speed: 0–350rpm, both with continuously adjustable speeds and forward/reverse options.
  • Precision and Accuracy: Maximum removal of 10mm, resolution of 1μm, and stable accuracy of ±2μm.
  • Servo Drive Motor: Powered by a 750W motor, providing constant high torque output with long service life.
  • Cooling System: Built-in automatic temperature-sensing cooling fan reduces failure rates and extends service life.
  • Efficient Water Discharge: Features a large-diameter side water outlet for quick drainage and reduced clogging.
  • Pluggable Faucet: Designed for easy cleaning and maintenance of the disk.
